POUND RIDGE RESIDENCE​ (Under Construction - To be Completed Spring 2021)

This residential project consisted of an renovation of a single family house. The main objective was merge the dining room, kitchen and living room into one large open space and create a double height space in the living room. The joists above the living room were removed and steel braces were attached to the roof rafter to create a double height space.
