Planagrams

Planagrams is an ongoing project in which we explore the interconnectedness of architectural design and the light-heartedness of beloved toys from our childhood.

 

The project started while hosting a group of students from a local Bronx high school, we explored architectural concepts—like spatial arrangement—through the use of classical tanagrams. This hands-on approach helped break down complex ideas into playful, accessible forms.

In recent news, we were invited to the Andrew Freedman House at the DMS Market, where we had the opportunity to sell these prototypes.

This is a prototype for a larger project we hope to unravel and market in the future.
