Brooklyn Multifamily

Reform Architecture was hired to do a zoning study, massing analysis and preliminary schematic design for a potential development of a multifamily buidling in Brooklyn. The building would house approximately 23 units varying from studio to a three bedroom totaling to about 15,000 square feet.
